My therapeutic practice is guided by a belief in the healing power of being with. I bring compassionate witness and a warm, collaborative, relational approach that is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, narrative, feminist, attachment, and trauma theories. A deep commitment to social justice, and attunement to the impacts of social and systemic oppression, grounds my work.
I honor the therapeutic relationship as a transformative site for practicing trust, safety, and vulnerability. Together, we listen for intuition and draw on the unique wisdom, creativity, power, and resilience that lies within. I know how scary it can be to share ourselves with another, and I hold this relationship with respect, tenderness, and empathy.
I offer psychotherapy to adults, teens, couples, and people engaged in alternative relationship configurations. I am passionate about serving queer and trans communities and am kink and poly affirming. I received my Master of Social Work from the Smith College School for Social Work and have additional training in trauma treatment and somatic interventions.
